Induction heating system preheats steel tubes to 1,650 degrees in seconds
UltraFlex Power Technologies offers the HS-8 induction heating system, which preheats steel tubes of various diameters and thicknesses to 1,650 degrees F within less than 30 sec.
The system comprises an induction power supply and a custom-designed inductor (coil). Each steel tube is inserted into the coil and induction heat is applied until the required temperature is reached.
