J&S Machine’s YLM CNC90MSAE electric bender handles steel up to 3-1/2 in.
J&S Machine offers the YLM CNC90MSAE electric bender. It has five secured points of wiper die support and a capacity of 3-1/2-in. steel and 3-in. stainless at 1D. The machine is prewired for connection to safety scanners, mats, and light curtains to help ensure the highest levels of protection for operators. The bender is delivered ready to connect to loaders, robots, or other automation workcells.
The software imports bend data from multiple drawing formats and measuring machines, or data can be entered manually or via remote connection. Each bend and action can be programmed individually for boost or clamping torques. The bender movements can be set with one-button activation or be taught using the teach mode function, allowing the operator to manipulate the actions, which then are remembered. Five levels of password protection are available to safeguard the operators, machine settings, and program data.
