J&S Machine’s YLM T50D double-head bender performs two bends simultaneously

J&S Machine offers the YLM model T50D double-head bender with 2.0-in. capacity. Performing two bends at the same time keeps the bends aligned and saves time compared to single-head NC benders, says the company.

The bender uses redundant safety relay for using with light curtains, safety mats, and other safety devices to protect the operator and increase production. Straight clamping and toggle lock-up followers help ensure the tube remains fixed and solidly held during the bending operation. Each bending head is adjusted independently. An optional model allows for head rotation for inside bending.

The manufacturer offers multiple machine lines for tube bending and finishing, including YLM conventional, NC, and CNC tube bending machines; 3C - C.L.O.M.E.A. angle roll bending machines; Garboli tube finishing polishers; and SIMASV horizontal bending presses.
