Lincoln Electric’s Mini Pantheon welding system provides stable pipe spooling

Lincoln Electric® has added mechanized automation to pipe welding with the Mini Pantheon™ pipe welding system. The heavy-duty construction and linear bearings help to deliver repeatable, high-quality welds and a stable platform for pipe spooling, the company states.

The small-footprint system features an electronic pendant that controls boom up/down and arc start/stop. The controller offers four immediate and four time-delay contacts to be used for motion control.

The eight-memory-slot digital linear weaver saves oscillator settings. A 25-ft. Magnum® PRO 550 welding gun with 180-degree gun tube is used for high-duty-cycle welding. The 4-in. manual cross slides with a welding torch holder allow three axes of adjustment.
