Pipe alignment tool sets up quickly for welding
Esco Tool offers the HOG TIE® boiler tube weld alignment clamp for aligning pipe or tube for tack welding. The tool has two matching sides: one with two through-holes and one with threaded inserts that accept two bolts that draw the sides together.
Offered in 11 sizes for pipe and tube from 1.125 to 3.25 in. OD, the tool sets up quickly. Made of precision-machined, high-strength steel, it is available by itself or as a kit with an impact wrench and socket, four 0.5-in. bolts, two spare through-hole inserts, two spare threaded inserts, and a metal carrying case.
