Schwarze-Robitec CNC 40 Rotary tube bender processes complex tube geometries
The CNC 40 Rotary from Schwarze-Robitec bends tubes made of all common materials such as aluminum, titanium, copper, steel, and stainless steel with diameters from 0.25 to 1.5 in. This also applies to tubes with already preformed contours. The rotating bending head allows bending of tubes in left and right directions in a single operation.
The bender can be upgraded to a cell for fully automated production, as the rotating head processes complex tube geometries without collisions. All steps related to tube processing, from tube feeding to loading/unloading of the machine to postprocessing, are automated. Each bending cell is customized to the user's production requirements.
