Synergy hybrid tube benders from Unison designed for high-volume, repetitive work
Unison Ltd. has launched Synergy HBM, a new line of hybrid, multistack, all-electric tube bending machines. Available in versions to handle 50- and 80-mm maximum tube diameters, they feature the company’s latest Unibend Lite control system.
The benders combine electric and hydraulic operation. The bend arm, carriage, plane of bend, and carriage side shift are servo-driven, while the mandrel, pressure die, and clamping system are hydraulically controlled. This makes the machines suitable for high-volume, repetitive tube manipulation operations that don’t require rapid setup times and all-electric control.
