Transfluid’s t project software helps increase production safety in tube processing

Transfluid has further developed its t project software with two versions, basic and professional, for different areas of tube processing.

It connects CAD, MES, and ERP systems to bending machines and bending robots so that bending techniques can be tested in advance to help eliminate collisions. Various add-on modules contain the data for complete processes to add control over the process and to help manage the forming techniques.

Tube geometries that are produced or changed with the software now can be saved in an IGES format. This makes it possible to transfer these tube geometries back into a CAD system after a necessary change or prototype development, such as an adjustment to prevent a collision.

For testing large quantities of bending geometries, the user can make a list to test their feasibility sequentially. In a fully automatic process, the tube data is imported from the CAD systems, necessary adjustments are calculated, and a collision test is performed.
