Two electric upcut tube saws available from iES
Innovative Engineered Solutions Inc. (iES) has introduced a new line of electric upcut tube saws in two standard models. The eRB80 TS can cut tubes up to 90 mm dia., and the eRB150 TS can saw tubes up to 150 mm dia.
The saws are controlled with a standard Allen-Bradley or optional Siemens PLC/HMI and use an electric actuator for the saw blade, coupled with pneumatic clamping. The digital, Ethernet-based control system offers advanced diagnostics, maintenance reminders, and available production information. The saws are designed with quick-change mounting for rapid changeover of tube fixtures.
