Wafios EcoBend tube bender offers multiple axes controlled in parallel for optimum cycle time
The EcoBend series represents a new Wafios concept for bending machines that can be upgraded to full-fledged right/left tube bending at a later date. Featuring machine rigidity and fully electric design, the benders offer precision and reliability at very high operating speeds for series production, the company states.
Multiple axes are controlled in parallel to achieve an optimum cycle and bending time. The WPS 3.2 EasyWay programming system accompanies a sample workpiece from its evaluation up to final production.
