Faccin three-roll plate roller produces pipe that meets API standards

Faccin has developed an electrowelded three-roll plate rolling machine that includes variable-axis configuration, antideflection systems for the top roll and bottom rolls, and an automatic pipe ejection system. It handles pipe lengths up to 40 ft.

This CNC bending roll supports the production of pipes, reaching specific technical and roundness tolerances while offering a finished product that meets API standards, states the manufacturer.

A postbending machine that prepares the pipe for welding can be added, as well as a series of outboard motorized guide rollers that control the movement of the pipe from the plate rolling machine to the postbending machine and successive workstations.
