Original Equipment and Aftermarket Parts
The supply of OE exhaust systems to vehicle manufacturers can be made directly to production lines for direct fitment to the vehicle. Deliveries are made in the correct quantities at the specified time, enabling worry-free lean manufacturing. The requirement for the product to fit right first time, every time, is key for a smooth vehicle production process.
In collaboration with trade customers, Cheesman designs and manufactures ‘white label’ goods. Once end product aesthetics and sound quality are perfected and agreed, retailers can market the exhaust systems under their own brand. Cheesman do not retail exhaust systems under their own brand so they are not in competition with their customers in the marketplace.
Cheesman is expert in the rotary draw bending of stainless steel tube. They can bend a range of diameters up to ø4”. A comprehensive tooling list is available on the website or can be requested from the company.
