CC Industries acquires J.L. Clark

J.L. Clark Inc., a subsidiary of filtration company Clarcor Inc. with locations in Rockford, Ill., and Lancaster, Pa., has been sold to CC Industries Inc., an affiliate of Chicago-based Henry Crown and Co.

With approximately 350 employees, J.L. Clark designs and manufactures specialty metal and plastic packaging for a variety of consumer products customers.
