Gibraltar Industries sells U.S. bar grating assets

Gibraltar Industries Inc., a Buffalo, N.Y.-based manufacturer and distributor of building products, has sold substantially all of its U.S. bar grating assets by its Amico U.S. subsidiary to Fisher & Ludlow, a subsidiary of Nucor Corp.

Gibraltar continues to manufacture and distribute expanded metal, plank grating, lath, trim, and perimeter security systems to its customers in North America.
