Industrial Magnetics expands Michigan manufacturing facility

Industrial Magnetics Inc. is adding 36,000 sq. ft. to its facility in Boyne City, Mich., more than doubling its existing manufacturing space. The project supports steady business growth, growth of key channel partners, and the recent acquisition of Walker Magnetics. The targeted opening date is July 1, 2021.

The new space will house a variety of workcells, as well as 70 tons in crane capacity for large-scale projects, several additional pieces of capital equipment, and integrated loading bays.
