Netform announces merger with Vickers Engineering

Netform, a Torque Capital Group portfolio company, has completed its merger with Vickers Engineering Inc. Based in New Troy, Mich., Vickers produces precision-machined steel and aluminum parts and assemblies for OEM and Tier 1 customers in the global automotive and industrial markets.

Netform is a manufacturer of advanced flow-formed and cold-formed components and assemblies primarily focused on transmission and propulsion applications in the automotive and truck markets. The company operates out of three facilities in Maumee, Ohio, and Shelby Township, Mich.
