Tech Air acquires Geneva Gas & Supply

Tech Air, a Danbury, Conn.-based distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related welding supplies, has acquired Los Angeles-based Geneva Gas & Supply Inc. Tech Air is owned by CI Capital Partners and Tech Air management.

Geneva Gas & Supply is a distributor of pure and mixed gases, as well as welding, cutting, and safety equipment. It will become part of Tech Air of California, and former owners Glen Irving and Jack Storm will continue to be employed by the company.
