Material handling conveyor driven by patented air bellows technology

Midbrook Inc. has released the Shuttle Pro material handling conveyor for the stamping and material handling industries. The pneumatic transport (shaker) conveyor is driven by patented air bellows technology to move scrap, finished products, and other materials. According to the company, the air bellows method allows the conveyor to operate for several years with minimal maintenance.
With its universal T-slot mounting and crossbar supports, the conveyor can attach to any stamping press or other area where material needs to be moved. It uses vibratory motion to convey materials down the length of single or multiple trays.
The conveyor uses only compressed air; it is oilless and sealless. It is available in many sizes, including the model 450, which has a push force of 450 lbs. and a part load capacity of up to 225 lbs., and the model 1000, which has a push force of 1,000 lbs. and a part load capacity of up to 500 lbs.
Each unit also comes with an air hookup, filter/regulator, and air line for simplified installation.
