Industrial washer’s wraparound spray bars provide 360-degree coverage
Peterson Wash and Blast Systems has released the CBW 3012 industrial washer. Its wash zone is 30 in. wide by 12 in. tall on a chain mesh belt conveyor.
The redesigned unit is made for standard manufacturing applications. Belt flow speeds are adjustable from 2 to 34 FPM on a continuous pass-through basis. The cabinet is made of 12-ga., powder-coated steel; optionally it can be made with stainless steel.
Two wraparound spray bars are equipped with 30 stainless nozzles for maximum coverage. They provide side spray for 360-degree coverage, along with a 25-HP, reservoir-mounted vertical centrifugal pump with 350-gal. tank reservoir pumping at 65 PSI. The pumps do not contain bearings, seals, or gaskets to replace.
The washer is supplied optionally with sludge drags, oil-coalescing systems, canister filtration, rinse, and dry.
