MG introduces NC Easy Command, Touch Command EVO products

MG has introduced new numerical control products. The first, NC Easy Command, replaces the previous NC Nexus. It offers an archive containing up to 9,999 programs, integrated alarm management, and warnings to guide the user. The control is accessible even for operators without extensive experience, the company reports.
When connected to the company network, Version 4.0 of the control generates a file in .csv text format with all the available data that can be interrogated by a company server, thus achieving a full integration via OPC-UA communication protocol. It also is possible to remote the operator panel on a PC, tablet, or smartphone connected to the same local network.
In addition, several new models have been added to the Touch Command CNC series: the EVO 4.0, the EVO 4.0 Plug-in, and the EVO Plus. They offer a simple HMI and powerful digital motor to provide optimized control for bending machines. The closed-loop system constantly controls the position of the axes and their interpolations. This type of numerical control is designed for high-volume production or for bending complex shapes, such as variable radii, ovals, and ellipticals.
