Matheson acquires Evergreen Supply

Gas and gas handling equipment supplier Matheson, Basking Ridge, N.J., has acquired the assets and business of Evergreen Supply Inc., Aberdeen, S.D., to enable growth and expansion in northern South Dakota.

Evergreen Supply, which has a long-standing distributor relationship with Matheson, becomes part of Matheson's North Central Zone. Ryan Siefkes, former owner of Evergreen, continues to lead the acquired company.
